Proposals will be considered for the following types of presentations: 

  • Keynote
  • 15 minutes’ session
  • Panel Discussion
  • Workshop
  • Moderator


Please kindly arrange and send us the following requirements:

  • Proposed / Selected Topic
  • Abstract – minimum of 120-150 words under the selected or proposed topic (in MS word)
  • Speakers expertise and summary profile
  • Speakers information (name, title, organization, contact number, email)
  • Conference session for which you are submitting your abstract


Important Dates:

Submission deadline for Abstract On or before 31 October 2017
Submission deadline for Approved Presentation On or before 5 November 2017


Accepted abstract and presentation will be notified via email

  • Approved Presentation – should be in PPT format (one way to attract your audience is to consider including some video clips on your presentation)


Official Language: The official language of the conference is English.


  • All presentation proposals will be evaluated and approved by the committee.
  • All approved presentations will receive confirmation including full event information and instructions via email.
Important note: To maintain the quality of the conference and to provide a valuable experience to all delegates, we encourage all confirmed speakers to avoid including company products and/or services pitches in their presentation slides and speeches. You will have the opportunity to meet representatives during coffee breaks and luncheon breaks, networking and exhibition visit timings.
